Too often, people are asked to lead before they have been meaningfully supported in learning how to guide others, manage people and projects, and build environments where others can grow.
I believe every person has the potential to become a positive leader in their environment. Not because leadership comes naturally to everyone, but because it can be learned, practiced, and strengthened over time.
